Following an exciting period of growth and international expansion, we are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class campaigns for our global client base.

THE ROLE:
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated PR and marketing campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.
You will act as a trusted partner to clients, combining strategic thinking, creative flair and commercial awareness to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
This role requires confidence, initiative and strong organisational skills, alongside a genuine passion for client success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
Act as a primary point of contact across assigned accounts.
Lead regular client calls, reporting meetings and strategic reviews.
Understand client commercial objectives and translate them into actionable marketing and PR campaigns.
Campaign Strategy & Delivery
Lead campaign planning, execution and performance reporting across PR, digital and marketing channels.
Generate creative campaign ideas aligned to client goals.
Oversee media relations activity, influencer partnerships and digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Project & Team Management
Manage timelines, budgets and internal resources to ensure seamless delivery.
Brief and coordinate internal content, editorial and account executive teams.
Use our internal work management tool, ClickUp, to assign tasks and track progress.
Manage external suppliers where required (designers, videographers, digital partners).
Maintain high attention to detail across all work.
Commercial Growth
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, particularly across additional marketing services.
Support new business proposals and client presentations.
Insight & Industry Awareness
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and media opportunities.
Stay informed on developments within golf, tourism and luxury lifestyle sectors.
Bring proactive ideas to clients based on market insight.
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, PR, digital marketing and social media.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
Confident leading client communication and presentations.
Data-driven, analytical and commercially minded.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience contributing to new business proposals.
Understanding of golf and golf tourism is preferred.
Ambitious, proactive and eager to contribute to the long-term growth of an expanding agency.
