Rockliffe Hall, an award-winning five-star resort hotel in north-east England, has turned to international golf, tourism and lifestyle PR and marketing agency Azalea to lead its golf-specific marketing strategy as the resort enters an exciting new phase of investment and growth.
Focusing on building awareness and consideration across the UK golf market, the partnership will position Rockliffe Hall as a must-play luxury destination for discerning leisure golfers, corporate clients and travelling golf enthusiasts, communicating the exceptionally high standard of experience and quality.
Activity will span a fully integrated golf marketing strategy including targeted digital advertising, email marketing campaigns, influencer and content creator partnerships, organic social media strategy and support and strategic media buying across leading UK golf publications.
The collaboration comes at a pivotal time for Rockliffe Hall, with the resort having recently announced a multi-million-pound investment into its championship golf course and practice facilities, alongside significant refurbishment works to the iconic Grade II-listed Old Hall and wider hotel facilities.
A new driving range using TrackMan’s world-leading technology and a new golf academy are among the upgrades to have already been made, while ongoing work includes a major bunker course renovation project and the purchase of a fleet of 50 new greenkeeping machines to further elevate the course conditioning.
